Living Grace

Starts January 13th.

A 15-week faith based support group for those living with mental health difficulty or disorder. Open and ongoing.

A 15-week faith-based support group for the families and loved ones of individuals with a mental health difficulty. Open and ongoing.

Recovery & Renewal

Starts February 10th.

A 13-week, addiction and recovery group facilitated by a Licensed Counselor. Program is evidence-based with Biblical Applications and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is evidenced-based intervention.
