At Wellspring, we offer a variety of educational and peer-led programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals and families. Our goal is to provide compassionate, accessible, and holistic support for those facing mental health challenges or substance use issues.

A Care Coach

Start here! Your coach will assess your needs and help you create a personalized Next Step Plan—designed to bring hope, stability, and connect you with the right support and resources.

Wellspring Groups

Wellspring offers a variety of no-cost or low-cost groups for men, women, and youth. These groups help address addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, grief, and more.

Join a group
Hope Coaching

Hope Coaching is a 4–6 week journey offering personalized care and support. Through 1 on 1 sessions with a trained coach, you’ll identify areas for growth and receive guidance and encouragement to stay on track.

Food Pantry

The food pantry offers assistance with nonperishable groceries for families in need. Wellspring provides a community meal and food distribution event two times a month.
